The Hourly Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire restaurant operation during the absence of an existing salaried manager. This position will be held accountable for overseeing and coordinating planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, labor, food and beverage costs, profitability, employee management, customer service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. The Manager should rely on the training, procedures and guidance of the AGM, GM and Ownership and is responsible for contacting the AGM, GM and Ownership for assistance when required.
